If you have used one before, please tell me your experience with it. I’m doing the 30 day trial for one of them. Just not sure which one.

Hi Jaye.
Think about one thing before you go spend your hard earned money.
You have a specific result you want. You want to see your abs. The “6- pack” look.
We can break this down to 2 factors.
1) You must have a relatively low amount of fat stored in the abdominal region.
2) You must build the muscle fiber of the abdominal muscles
There have been countless magazine articles on gaining the elusive 6- pack. There have been hundreds of infomercials pimping out products touting the latest gimmick to help you get “abdominized”.
Most of them are a bunch of crap.
The only way to achieve this look you’re going for is to combine a low abdominal fat percentage and building the muscle fiber of the abdominal wall.
2 steps are all it takes. I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m saying that if you follow these 2 steps, you’ll have the look you want- and you’ll look good with your shirt off, on the beach, or however you like to spend time *****
If you want a good primer on how to get that six pack, I’ve written a comprehensive article on it called “Getting that Elusive “Six- Pack”. I’ll leave a link to it below. We also have a fat burning foods chart you can download for free there.
If you have any questions, email me at the site.

Both are just gimmicks. Crunches, hanging knee raises, planks, if you know what these are than you are doing pretty good. Good ole fashion exercise is the best for your abs and if you are looking to see them for a male you have to be at about 8 to 10 percent body fat. Take a look at your diet as well as your exercise regimen and go from there.

In the end, most ab tools are barely useful, and the toning belt will be totally useless.
The best ab exercises need no equipment accept your body and there is a lot of variety out there. Pilates, Yoga, standard crunches, reverse curls, etc. All of these work very, very well. Even fitness competitors and models use these basic methods.
Save your money, neither of those will help your tummy trim faster.
Keep in mind, that if your belly issues are more than just toning (ie. you have a lot of fat there), exercise alone will help you look better, but there’s no such thing as losing fat from just one part of your body. We just aren’t built that way.
Adding a solid exercise plan for weight loss, that includes both weight training and a healthy diet will slim you down and give you the tight tummy you want.
