Need Help asked:


I am 15 years old and currently a red belt in Taekwondo. I have a 4 pack but it’s visible when I flex. I drink a lot of water and my eating is pretty good. I weigh about 110 and about 5 foot 3. I wanna get perfect abs and a strong body. Im also going to be participating in tournaments and for that i need strong power in my legs and hands. Any advice or really good workouts?
